40 Swims
Life they say begins at 40. For Justin Missingham who reached that milestone in National Eczema Week, his 40th Birthday was an opportunity to do something different.
 Justin has recently finished taking part in a fundraising adventure for the National Eczema Society. He has done an incredible 40 outdoor swims in 40 days.
The decision to take on this challenge stems from his daughter Martha's battle with eczema.
Covering outdoor locations across Great Britain from East Anglia to Yorkshire and West Wales to Cornwall, Justin swam in pools, lidos, rivers and off Dorset’s Jurassic Coast at Durdle Door. He completed his challenge on Saturday 20 September at the Parliament Hill Fields lido in North London (pictured here).
