Our confidential telephone and email Helpline is at the heart of our work, providing information, support and reassurance to people struggling to cope with eczema. Each year, thousands of people contact the confidential Eczema Helpline via email or telephone.
Our telephone Helpline is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. To use our email Helpline, simply click on the email symbol in the box at the top left of every page.
